- LAFC-Chelsea's main objective is to recruit, develop and retain the top soccer talent in southern California from U9 to U19; develop excellence in individual and team performance through a consistent and comprehensive pyramid of development; strive to provide players with professional level training; provide players with the best possible playing environments; and finally, to develop and nurture the skills necessary to play at soccer’s highest level.
